Prior to spearheading Micropinnacle Technology Corporation in 2009, Gener used to work for IT companies overseeing the sales and technical departments.

Aside from being an IT leader, Gener also manages his own automotive company, the Moto Technium Corporation. When not in the office, he sports his motorbike and roams around different places.
