Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic solutions to meet workforce demands.
  • In-charge with recruitment and selection processes.

Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
  • – Responsible for the overall management of MTC’s marketing efforts, including the development of marketing plans and promotions, creation and execution of marketing materials, and analysis/evaluation of marketing effectiveness.
  • Align campaigns, assets, communications and messaging to corporate branding initiatives
  • Determine and coordinate online and onsite events like webinars, tradeshows, seminars and customer events
  • Implement marketing strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Establish and manage partner’s market development fund
  • Work with sales and technical team for customer evangelism to create PR, media and marketing opportunities.
  • Report on periodic activities, results and ROI for marketing
Qualification:
  • – Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.

Project and Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Solid technical background, with good understanding or hands-on experience in software development
  • Proven track record of delivering IT projects
  • Hands on experience in managing project risk, cost, schedule, quality, testing, communications and organizational change management.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Business Development Director

Responsibilities:
  • – Manage Sales life cycles
  • Initiate and build strong relationships with prospects and customers
  • Develop, implement and drive sales strategy
  • Possess strong sales disciplines; build and manage accounts; plans; qualification of opportunities; Pipe-line management and forecast accuracy within 5%+/- of landing
  • Achieve aggressive revenue and growth goals
  • Effectively leverage internal and external resources
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of strategies to persuade or negotiate appropriately
  • Manage the development, negotiation and execution of contracts for business opportunities.
  • Provide market analysis reports to the management team and advice on go/no-go decisions.
  • Representation of MTC at conferences, meetings and trade shows to market products and technologies.
  • Identify technological needs of clients and partners, including work with management team to identify current and future market demand.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Qualification:

  • Must have at least 10 years professional exposure in IT product/solutions sales
  • Must have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities:
  • – Develop customized presentations, demonstrations and prototypes of our software to articulate use cases and value to the customer
  • Participate in selling the value of MTC’s solutions using multiple channels, including phone, presentation, and live online and in-person product demonstrations
  • Manage customer trials, ensuring that they are engaging with the product, the trial and the resulting solution
  • Articulate and educate on technical and architectural concepts to a variety of audiences, including developers, architects, and IT professionals
  •  Respond to functional and technical elements of RFPs as necessary, leverage and build upon existing knowledge base
  • Stay up-to-date on product releases and new features, assist in training new hires and colleagues in the field
  • Document and communicate product feedback and new requirements from the field
Qualification:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Infrastructure and System Designing, Business Analysis, Cloud Development, Web platforms, Hardware, Software and Data Management
